With over 50 years of home building experience, Grupe understands the vital role real estate professionals provide to the home buying process. Grupe is pleased to cooperate with brokers and agents who secure a buyer.
Brokers and agents will be paid a referral fee, as determined by each community, of the total home sales price if their clients purchase within ninety (90) days of the registration date. Referral fee valid to new clients registration, clients registering prior to brokers and agents registration are not valid.
